Vladimír Masár (62), Deloitte’s President in Slovakia, is retiring and being replaced by Ivana Lorencovičová, a Slovak Deloitte partner for four years. The change might be related to Economy Minister Richard Sulík accusing the company of siphoning away public money and calling it the black sheep of auditing. The company green-lit a transaction through which Penta took €400m from Dôvera and provided dubious consulting services for EU funds according to Sulík.
