In the first year since the general election, the coalition has replaced 60% of top managers in the largest state-owned enterprises (SOEs), according to Transparency International, a pressure group. This is a pace similar to previous Smer governments and slightly behind Iveta Radičová's cabinet. The constant changes of CEOs after an average of two years have created an unstable environment in SOEs. On average, 80% of top managers in SOEs are replaced in four years, compared to 50% in private companies.
