Aliter acquired majority stake in Canadian company 3CIS

Aliter (Peter Dostál and Milan Kristín) acquired a majority stake in Canadian company 3CIS. Aliter supplies communication solutions to the defense sector and 3CIS offers wireless and fiber optic network solutions. The price was not disclosed. Aliter hopes to expand its product portfolio and strengthen its position in North America.
