Cedis has submitted the lowest bid in the Bratislava city tender to build a 4 km tram line in Petržalka. In recent years, the company has been the cheapest bidder in many highway and railway tenders, and public institutions have invariably excluded it, often due to the absence of references. In 2019, it had just €0.3m sales. Cedis’ obstructions then extended the tenders to 2-3 years. Bratislava must complete the line by the end of 2023, in order to get EU funds. Cedis' offer is €75m, followed by Dúha (€80m) and Porr (€82m).
