City Stone Design will double capacity of its Košice plant
The government approved a €2.2m investment incentive (tax relief) for a €13.8m investment by City Stone Design (Pavol Kollár), which will double the production capacity of its plant in Geča near Košice to 950,000 sqm of concrete paving and fences a year. The number of employees will rise by 20 to 130 upon completion in autumn 2024. In 2020-21, the company increased sales from €9.7m to €12.4m and reported a net profit of €3.1m. It is part of the construction-industrial In Group with 1,500 employees.
