Czech Creditas Group aims to acquire Slovak energy group GGE

Czech Creditas Group (Pavel Hubáček) is said to be short-listed in a tender to acquire Slovak energy group GGE. It is being sold by the British fund Infracapital. GGE supplies heat in seven cities in Slovakia and Poland, operates a steam power plant in Považská Bystrica and its Duon company has an 80% share of the LNG market in Poland. Annual revenues amount to €27m.
