Erik Mikurčík should get back hotel Carlton

Erik Mikurčík should get back his stake in Carlton Property, the owner of Bratislava-based Carlton Hotel, the Supreme Court ruled. It annulled previous rulings of district as well as regional courts and returned the case to the Bratislava I District Court. Mikurčík is accusing the other parties to the lawsuit, Rudolf Hrubý and Maroš Grund, of rigging the previous court rulings.
