Expandeco acquired Czech logistics firm Pošta bez hranic

Slovak Expandeco (Marian Kysela and Tomáš Vrtík), which helps online stores expand, acquired Czech logistics firm Pošta bez hranic, which helped launch online stores such as Footshop, Kulina, and Knihobot. Expandeco has one-fifth the revenues of the Czech company (€2.7m in 2023), and also financed the deal through €2.3m raised through investment platform Crowdberry. So far, it has provided clients with services such as customer support, website localization, and reverse logistics.
