Government approved huge tax break to Magna

The government approved a €13.3m tax break for the €144m investment of Canadian company Magna PT into expansion of its plant for the production of automotive transmissions in Kechnec near Košice. The investment will double the plant's capacity. Magna also has plants in Nové Mesto nad Váhom and Trnava, and employs 1,700 here. (hnonline.sk)
