Polish company PKN Orlen has taken over 41 Slovnaft gas stations in Slovakia last year and also bought Oliva stations. It currently has 78 stations and will soon increase their number to 91. Slovnaft remains the market leader with a network of 200 gas stations, followed by OMV and Shell. Of PKN Orlen's 78 stations, 48 are manned and 30 are self-service.
