PMÚ decided not to fine HP for limiting competition

PMÚ, the anti-trust authority, decided not to fine US printer maker HP for limiting competition on the printer cartridge market; namely, by providing discounts to select retailers who would then bid in public institutions’ tenders. PMÚ has been looking into the issue since 2019 and accepted HP’s guarantees not to sin in the future.
