The anti-trust authority PMÚ launched a probe into a possible cartel between hospitals of the Penta and Agel groups. Last year, it raided their offices and obtained information suggesting that they fixed prices, coordinated in negotiations with health insurers, and exchanged sensitive commercial information. PMÚ stresses that the probe does not mean that the hospitals have broken the law.
