Residential real estate prices in Slovakia were 6.2% higher annually in 3Q
Residential real estate prices in Slovakia were 6.2% higher annually in the third quarter, ŠÚ reported on the basis of actual prices from the cadaster. The growth rate accelerated from 4% in 2Q. Older properties grew much faster than new ones. In Bratislava, prices were 6% higher. ŠÚ data indicate that housing prices have already surpassed the previous market peak in 2022 by 1.8%. Prices from ads, which are tracked by the central bank NBS, are still 7% below the peak.
