Shared service centers employ 37,500 people in Slovakia, 4% more annually. However, the growth rate slowed down from 6% in 2021. Last year, they paid €1bn in wages, and their payments in taxes and levies accounted for 3.9% of state budget revenues. Their average salary rose by 9% this year to €2,050. The largest centers are run by IBM, Deutsche Telekom, AT&T, Dell, and Accenture. Up to 86% of centers expect further growth in the next 12 months.
