Supreme Court released Penta partner Jaroslav Haščák from custody
The Supreme Court released Penta partner Jaroslav Haščák from custody. He is still facing charges that 12 years ago he paid €194,000 to Ľubomír Arpáš, the then SIS counterintelligence head, for the original wiretaps from the Gorila dossier via fictitious consulting contracts. The Court sees no reason for Haščák to await trial in prison. Haščák is not returning to Penta’s management as of now as he will focus on fighting the charges.
