Titans freelancers acquired a majority stake in Czech competitor Bridgewater

Titans freelancers (Marek Greško and Róbert Dusík), the leader on the local IT outsourcing market, has acquired a majority stake in Czech competitor Bridgewater for €9.8m. Their combined sales were €20m last year and they aim to expand to Central and Western Europe. Milan Procházka has sold his stake, while Jakub Konečný, the other founder, is staying on. In April, Sandberg Capital has taken a minority stake in Titans freelancers.
