ZAR to invest €18m in battery storage facility and photovoltaic power plant

ZAR (Radoslav Bardún) plans to invest €18m in the largest battery storage facility in Slovakia with a capacity of 9 MW and a 20 MW photovoltaic power plant in Bunkovce. The plant is expected to be operational by the end of 2024.

Bardún owns Medirex, a chain of medical laboratories, with annual sales in excess of €80m.
